2. Acceptance of Terms

• You will comply with all applicable U.S. and international laws.

3. Services Provided

EGB-Services offers, but is not limited to:

• Digital Marketing Campaigns & Social Media Management

• Website Design, Updates, and SEO Optimization

• AI Integration, Chatbot Setup & Booking Automation

• Business Consulting, Branding & Strategy Development

• Photography, Videography, and Creative Content Production

All work is customized per project and defined in the agreed scope, proposal, or invoice.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified in writing.
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure merchant-approved payment options.

Processing Policy:

• All payments are processed securely via PCI DSS–compliant payment gateways.

• Charges will appear under EGB-Services or an authorized merchant descriptor.

• You authorize EGB-Services to charge your account for the agreed amount at the time of checkout or invoice payment.

Failure to remit payment may delay or suspend project delivery.

5. Digital Service Agreement Clause (Non-Refundable Work)

By purchasing any service from EGB-Services, you acknowledge that:

• Our services are custom digital work and are considered rendered once project initiation begins, including but not limited to consultation, planning, design setup, or initial development.

• Because each service is uniquely tailored, no refunds will be issued once work has started, regardless of progress level or completion status.

• You understand that digital labor, strategy, creative design, and automation setup are intellectual efforts and cannot be “returned” once performed.

This clause is enforced in accordance with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal merchant dispute standards for digital and consulting services.

6. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.
EGB-Services does not offer monetary refunds for digital services or consulting once initiated or delivered.

Store Credit / Gift Card Policy:

If a project cannot proceed due to unforeseen circumstances or mutually agreed cancellation, EGB-Services may issue store credit or a digital gift card equal to the unused portion of your payment.
Credits are valid for 12 months and can be applied toward future services or campaigns.

7. Physical Product Policy

If you purchase a physical product (e.g., merchandise or promotional materials):

• Exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Claims must be submitted within 7 business days of receipt with photo documentation.

• Approved claims will result in a replacement being shipped at no additional cost.

• No returns or exchanges for non-defective items or buyer’s remorse.

8. Revisions and Edits

Each project includes a specific number of revisions outlined in your proposal or invoice.
Additional changes or requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

9. Project Delivery and Communication

EGB-Services communicates primarily via email, phone, or virtual meetings.
Clients are responsible for timely approvals and content submission.
Delays caused by lack of client response or missing materials may extend delivery timelines.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, you are granted the rights to use the final approved deliverables for your business or brand.
EGB-Services retains ownership of all creative concepts, drafts, and materials until payment is completed.

We reserve the right to feature completed work in our portfolio or promotional materials unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

11. Limitation of Liability

EGB-Services will not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services.

• Campaign performance results or third-party system changes (e.g., Meta, Google, or ad platform policies).

• Technical issues outside of our control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.

12. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a service before work begins, you must notify us within 24 hours of payment.
If any work has already started, cancellation will result in store credit only, at our discretion.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from transactions with EGB-Services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Parties agree to resolve disputes first through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida.

14. Policy Updates

EGB-Services reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
